Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@omorfiaglow.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos or video showing the damage or defect
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund for verified damaged or defective items.
Product Satisfaction If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Support@omorfiaglow.com within 5 days of delivery. Explain the issue clearly (quality concerns, product not as described, etc.), and our team will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or alternative solution.
Return Process To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at Support@omorfiaglow.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping items back
Returns must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but with receipt we offer either store credit or an addition to your refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts where the customer was unavailable
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear after delivery
Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
